Account Deletion
Pedal allows instructors and learners to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
Scheduled deletion
You can request deletion directly within the Pedal app:
Menu → Settings → Delete Account → Schedule Deletion
When scheduled, your account will be permanently deleted after 7 days. If you log back into your account during this 7-day period, the deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
Immediate deletion
If you would prefer your account to be deleted immediately, please email:support@pedaldriving.co.uk
Please include the mobile number associated with your Pedal account in your request.
